October 5 @ 8:00 pm - Open Evening – General Public

The Society will be holding an ‘Open Evening’ for members, local schools and the general public.

Displays and demonstrations to include:

– Astronomy in general

– Telescopes and astrophotography

– Short talks on astronomy and cosmology

– Observing of the night sky with a telescope (weather permitting)

This is a free drop in event, everyone is welcome.

The clubhouse has a maximum capacity of 150 people, if in the event that we reach capacity during the evening, there may be a slight queue to avoid any overcrowding.
